Canvas line art · bloom · a name on the stem
A rose that grows
with a name on it.
It starts as one thin line. The stem draws itself, two leaves unfold, and the petals open ring by ring from the inside out until the rose is full. Type a name and it is written along the stem. Make one, save it, send it.
How the petals open
Rings, inside out
The rose is rings of petal shapes. Each ring waits for the one inside it, then grows and leans outward with an eased curve. Inner rings stay tight and cupped, outer ones open wide.
How the stem draws itself
One curve, measured
The stem is a single curve. It is drawn only up to a growing length, which is why it looks like a pen moving upward. The leaves start when the pen passes them.
Your name on it
Letters along a path
Each letter of the name is placed on the stem curve and turned to follow its direction. Save image gives you a PNG to send.
